Ingredients:  
2 c. self-rising corn meal mix
1 c. Bisquick or similar product
1 heaping tsp. double-acting baking powder
skim milk, enough to make a batter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly. Pour batter into a large greased skillet (I use Pam). Bake in a 350ºF oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Cut into wedges.

Note: Can be frozen, then thawed in the microwave when needed.
