Cream Cheese Tarts:
1 three oz. pkg. of cream cheese
1 stick of margarine
1 c. flour

Filling:
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. soft oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2/3 c. chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Tarts: Cream the package of cream cheese and margarine. Add fthe flour, mix and chill the dough for one hour or overnight. Make 24 balls and place them into a tiny muffin tin and press into tart shapes.
Filling: Beat all filling ingredients together and then fill the tart cups 3/4 full. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar on the top. They freeze well.
