1 Pound Ground Chuck (Not Lean)!

1 Egg

1 tsp. Minced Garlic

3/4 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs (Dampened)!

3 tbsp. Romano Cheese

A few "Sprinkles" of Parsley, Salt, Pepper & Basil

Combine ingredients and roll meatballs to desired size. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350º for 12 minutes and then finish in the last hour of your preferred sauce. Alternatively, you can cook for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs have to be lightly scraped from the bottom of the cookie sheet.
