6-8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 package Italian sausage, cut into 2 inch chunks
4 cloves crushed garlic
½ teas. red pepper flakes
1 small onion, finely diced
1 6oz. can of tomato paste
1 28oz. can of crushed tomatoes
1 can Hunts traditional spaghetti sauce (yes, canned sauce!)
1 handful chopped parsley
1 teas. oregano
10 basil leaves, sliced thin
1 C. vegetable or beef stock
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. olive oil
grated parmesan

1 box spaghetti
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large stockpot or sauce pot, heat oil over medium high heat. season thighs with salt and pepper, then brown on both sides in hot oil. Add sausage chunks, diced onion and garlic and continue to brown for 4-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except for grated cheese and pasta. Turn heat to low, and simmer for 1½ hours.

Prepare pasta as directed on box. Drain and serve with sauce and meat. Top with cheese and ENJOY!

* This sauce can also be prepared in a crock pot in the morning on low. Brown the chicken before adding to crockpot with all other ingredients except pasta and cheese.
Prepare pasta as directed when ready for dinner.
