Crust:
1 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1 T. sugar
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
8 oz. tub Cool Whip
3 c. milk

Topping:
1/2 c. chopped walnuts for top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, melted margarine, and sugar together. Add nuts. Pat in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for ten minutes while you mix the remaining ingredients. Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together and add 1/2 container of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Beat pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread on cheese layer. Then spread the remainder of the cool whip on the top to make a creamy top layer. Sprinkle with more chopped walnuts. Chill. Can also be made with lemon or chocolate instant pudding.
