1 18 ounce box of fudge brownie mix
1 or 2 eggs *SEE Brownie mix directions
vegetable oil * SEE Brownie mix directions
1 package Chocolate covered marshmallow cookies (about 14)
1 tube of decorating icing (I used white)
Grated chocolate or sprinkles

Pre-heat oven to 350º
Coat muffin tins (ramekins, or custard cups) throughly with cooking spray or butter.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. The amount of eggs and oil will depend on the brand of brownie mix.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons batter into each of the cups (14 or less)
Press cookies into the batter. Evenly spoon th remaining batter over cookies.
Bake at 350º for about 25 minutes, until tops are glossy and crinkled.
Let brownies cool in cups, about 10 minutes, remove carefully to wire cooling rack.
When cooled, pipe with icing in zig-zag fashion over top of brownie. Top with grated chocolate or sprinkles. Brownies will keep, at room temperature, for about 3 days.
