Challah bread from a Jewish bakery or from Chompie’s

1 cup or less of Milk – can also use almond or oat milk for non-dairy
(must be less than the amount of eggs to make a thick consistency mixture)
6-Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and eggs together in a flat pyrex pan. Dip Challah bread until soaked through but still firm. Place on griddle until golden brown, flip, then serve with a pat of butter and powdered sugar sprinkled over the top. Jeremiah says to use maple syrup but he likes them both ways. (Makes 4-6 servings)
