3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1 3/4 cups vanilla wafers (crushed)
6 tablespoons Hershey's Cocoa
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 cup Hershey's' semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup Heath bar toffee bits
1 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º. Melt Butter in 13x9x2 inch pan in oven. Combine crumbs, cocoa & sugar. Sprinkle over melted butter.
2. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with chocolate chips then toffee bits then nuts, press down firmly.
3. bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely in pan sitting on a wire rack.. Cut into bars and serve or put in container for later.
