3 1/2 Cups White Sugar
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 Cup Water

Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Oil Flavoring
food color

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first 3 ingredients to 300º, or Hard Crack stage. Remove from stove and add oil and food color. Stir VERY well. Drizzle out on powdered sugar in strips so it will almost run together. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Cut with scissors as soon as possible.

This candy hardens very fast - it is better to have 2 people to cut into pieces. Start as soon as you can touch candy - it will still be hot.
