½©mashed potatoes
½c salted butter
6-7 c powered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
creamy peanut butter for filling

combine potatoes 1 cup sugar and butter in a large bowel-mix with electric mixer until well blended. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time mixing after each cup. If dough is not mold able add more sugar stir in vanilla .Separate dough into 2 equal pieces refrigerate for 1 hour take out half of dough use rolling pin to roll out 1/4 in spread peanut butter evenly starting with long side roll up cut into 1/2 in slices store in airtight container.
