1 t salt
⅛ t pepper

1½ c well seasoned chicken broth
1 c cream
1 c cut up cooked chicken
2 T sherry flavoring

Melt and blend butter, flour, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat.

Stir in broth, cream, chicken, and sherry.
