¾ C BUTTER
2/3 C HONEY
1 EGG
1 C ALMOND FLOUR
1 ¾ C RICE FLOUR
1 ½ TSP BAAKING SODA
2 ½ TSP GINGER
1 ½ TSP CINNAMON
2 TSP CARAMEL EXTRACT OR TO TASTE

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients then add dry. If dough is still too sticky add rice flour. Roll dough out to ¼ inch thick and cut with cookie cutters. Bake @ 350 f for 7-10 min.
