7-8 LBS. Whole Beef Tenderloin
Salt & Pepper
Oregano
Garlic Powder (Lawreys)
Kitchen Bouquet
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Tenderloin by trimming away all fat & any
sinew from meat, tie up if necessary, sprinkle with
salt & pepper, Oregano, & Garlic Powder.
Then
Drizzle with Kitchen Bouquet & Olive Oil, massage in all over, then place on rack in 400 deg. oven & bake for approx. 1 hour.
