Dry Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Wet ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups peal on McIntosh apples cut into 1/4 inch pieces
3 eggs
1 cup Walnuts
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly
2. Mix wet ingredients thoroughly
3. Mix dry & wet ingredients thoroughly to create the cake batter
4. Coat Bundt Cake pan with oil and sprinkle sugar over bottom of pan
5. Pour / spread cake batter in the Bundt Cake pan
6. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees, remove from oven & flip the pan to remove the cake, cut & serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
