4 Pork Chops 1/2 C. White Rice 1 Bell Pepper 1 Onion 1 Can Beef Broth
Put rice in bottom of casserole dish Brown the pork chops Lay chops on top of rice Put a slice of onion and a ring of bell paper and a slice of tomato on each pork chop, then pour beef broth and cover it 350 for 1 hour
