1 18.25 oz. package of white cake mix ( I recommend Duncan Hinds)
1 4 oz. package of white chocolate instant pudding mix
3 egg whites
½ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 pint fresh blueberries(cleaned stemmed)

Topping:

4 tablespoons butter at room temperature
½ cup packed brown sugar
⅓ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350º.
Spray cake pan with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl combine pudding mix and cake mix.
Add egg whites, milk and oil and beat with electric mixer on low 30 seconds.
Scrape sides of bowl and beat for two minutes more.
Fold in drained blueberries.
Pour in pan.
In another bowl mix topping ingredients with your hands until combined and crumbly.
Sprinkle over cake in pan.
Bake 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
