3 lbs beef
2 lbs pork sausage
5 lbs potatoes
1 large onion
1 t pepper
1/2 t Allspice
1 T salt
5 oz casings
string


Directions:
Directions:
Soak Casings overnight prior to stuffing.

Grind potatoes, and add to meat and spices. Mixing with hands easiest Method.

Stuff into casings. (we use inverted angel food pan spout).
Tie off with string.

Store in pan of water with plate to hold down sausage below water until cooking.

Cook at low boil for hour, or until done.
