2lb large mushrooms
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1-2 large cloves of garlic
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 sweet Italian sausage
Olive oil
salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove mushroom stems and finely chop and put in a medium size bowl.

2. Remove sausage from casing and brown in a small amount of olive oil .

3. Drain off extra grease and add to bowl along with cheese, bread crumbs , minced garlic, salt , pepper.

4. Mix together and drizzle olive oil until mixture holds together.

5. Fill mushroom caps with 2 Tlbs of mixture being careful not to break mushroom caps.

6. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes. Make sure the stuffing is heated completely through and mushrooms are hot.
