1 1/2 cups each walnuts, Brazil nuts, pecans, sliced almonds
7 1/2 oz chopped dates
1/2 cup each candied cherries, red and green
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 cup dried pineapple, chopped
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
2 Tbsp warm water
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/8 cup margarine (ICBINB)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Mix nuts, fruit, and half the flour. Cream margarine, sugars, and eggs. Mix baking soda in warm water. Add this to the sugar mixture. Add vanilla. combine flour, salt, and baking powder and add it to the mixture. Adds fruits and nuts. Line and grease pans. Bake it for 2 1/2 hours.
