Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Our cousin, Lorraine, sent this handwritten recipe to Debe on 5-28-2013, following our visit with her. Grandma Huff used to make this and she had the recipe. This is a Lithuanian dish, and Grandma, while German, came over with her parents from Lithuania.

Notes: I am trying to figure out if the milk/evaporated milk needs to be in this recipe - it is in most Kugelis recipes and is generally about 1 cup ( milk, heavy cream or evap. milk). However, this recipe has flour in it, and no other recipe I have found does!
