Chicken pieces (whatever you like: legs, breasts, thighs, combo)
Hickory Smoked salt
1 cup ketchup
3 Tsp mustard
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup white vinegar

1 medium onion, cut into slices (more if you like onion)
1/2 cup water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Baking pan (9X13 or other), place onion slices around the bottom of the pan and put in the 1/2 cup of water.
Season the chicken with Hickory Smoked Salt place over the onions in the pan.
Mix the sauce ingredients together (Ketchup, Mustard, Oil, Maple Syrup, and Vinegar) and pour over the chicken.
Bake, uncovered for about an hour and 10-15 min.(or until very tender) Baste often.

This is always a hit. You don't absolutely HAVE to use hickory smoked salt, but it does add a great flavor. I buy mine online but if you can't find it, then season with salt/pepper.
