1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
3 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 bag Bit O’ Brickle (toffee chips)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order given. Roll in small (walnut sized) balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a sugar-dipped glass bottom. Bake at 350 degrees F until light brown, about 10-12 minutes.
