3 medium ripe bananas (if bananas aren't ripe then add ¼ cup water.
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
⅔ C. melted butter
(optional) 1 C. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas and add sugar, mix well. Mix in 2 eggs, flour and baking soda. Stir in melted butter. Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease a loaf pan.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour.
