3 Links Italian Sausage Mild
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese Mild
2 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Hellmans mayonnaise
1 cup mushrooms chopped (use mushrooms in a can)
1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium onion)
1/2 cup green pepper (if desired) I don't use!
1 can pizza sauce (Cadallina brand I use)
crackers or dipping bread sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sausage and remove the skin and cut into small pieces. In large bowl combine all ingredients (except for pizza sauce) and transfer to a baking dish. Bake @ 350 approx. 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with pizza sauce by the spoonful on top with spoon randomly dropping scoops about 1" apart or so. Bake uncovered for approx. 25 more minutes or until edges are bubbling and lightly brown.

Serve with crackers or dipping bread sticks
