Personal Notes:
These are a favorite of mine. My Grandma was the most wonderful person who gave me my love of cooking and she taught me so much about the most ingredient in all recipes and that was love. She absolutely loved cooking for her family, nothing made her happier honestly. Being from Germany many of the desserts we grew up eating had meringue, which is a topping made from whipped egg whites and sugar. It takes some practice to learn when the egg white's are stiff enough. I ruined many a meringue until I learned. With the internet all of you can just watch a video, you guys are so lucky!!
