1 package of salt pork chopped in very small pieces

2 tablespoon butter

1 medium onion

3 garlic cloves

5 stalks of celery

1 green pepper

1 medium can whole peeled tomatoes

1 8 ounce can tomato sauce

2 small cans of tomato paste

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/8 teaspoon chili pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry salt pork in butter until browned and crispy, then add the onion and garlic and fry until onions are tender
Then add all the other ingredients.
The Raymond’s have always taken the tomatoes, celery, green pepper, and put it in a blender and blend all together so it is liquid, no chunks!! Add this to the sauce. Let the sauce simmer on low for 2 hours.
