Ingredients:  
1 and 1/2 sticks margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup milk
1 to 1 and 1/2 quarts sweetened peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Melt butter in baking dish.
Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and milk.
Pour over butter.
Spoon peaches over mixture.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until light brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with sugar.
Return to oven to finish browning.

Serve warm or cold with ice cream or whipped cream.
