1 package dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
2-1/4 cup water
2 egg yolks
1/3 cup cooking oil
2-1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dry milk
7-8 cups flour
1-1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in very warm water and add egg yolks, oil, salt, milk, sugar and 2 cups flour. Beat on slow speed.
Add enough flour to make stiff rolling dough. Mix well. Cover and let rise to double.

Divide in half. Roll each half on floured board to 14x10. With pastry brush, spread oil on dough. Sprinkle half cinnamon, half brown sugar.
Roll and slice 1 inch. Dip edges in oil.
Let rise to double.

Bake covered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
