2 1/4 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup of crisco
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 unbeaten egg

1/4 c milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients and then add the crisco, milk, vanilla and unbeaten egg. Beat for two minutes. Then add 1/4 c milk and 2 eggs. Beat another 2 minutes. Pour into greased pan and bake for 25=30 minutes at 375º.
