1 C celery, chopped
1 C onion, chopped
2 T oil
2 pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked)
2 C rice cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
1/2 C milk
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
2 T butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook rice and broccoli. Saute' onions & celery in oil. Add milk,
butter, Cheese Whiz, and cream soup. Stir until liquefied.
Season to taste. Add broccoli and stir well. Add rice a little at a
time and mix well. Do not add so much rice that it becomes dry.
Bake at 350 until hot and turning golden on top..

This is a family favorite during holiday time. I do not always measure so this is an estimate of ingredients. Add a little more or less to your liking. Following this exactly is good also. Tested to perfection!
