Ingredients: 2 C Warm Water 1/2 C Sugar 2 Packets Rapid Rise Yeast 6 1/2 C Flour 3 tsp salt 2 eggs 1/2 C soft butter

Directions:Mix Warm Water, Sugar, Yeast . Add 2 C flour and mix for two minutes Add 3 tsp salt mix lightly Add two eggs 1/2 C soft butter and mix well Slowly work in 4 1/2 C flour (more if needed)
Mix until sticky but do not over mix. Let rise until doubled.
Do not overwork dough or it gets tough.
Can be used for rolls, bread cream cheese roll or cinnamon rolls.
For dinner rolls form into 20 roll and place in 9x13 baking pan (lightly buttered) let rise again. (Fills pan) Bake at 350º for about 25 minutes or golden brown on top. When you remove from over spread light layer of butter over tops.
For cinnamon rolls roll out to about 1/4 inch thick. Cover with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and brown sugar to taste. Add nuts and raisins if desired. Roll up and slice into 1 -1 1/2 inch high pieces. Place in 9x13 pan and let rise. Bake at 350º |

Notes: Gram always covered her dough while rising to keep top layer from getting crusty. If house is cold place mixing bowl in sun or warmed oven to help get dough to rise.
