½ c. butter, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, finely crushed
1 ½ c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
2. Cream together butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs and banana.
4. Combine well.
5. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla.
6. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
7. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
8. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in center. Let cool and enjoy

Keeps well refrigerated.
