1 1/2 lb Ground Pork
Giblets - Hearts & Liver, diced
Loaf of Italian Bread - stale/day old chopped
Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Grated Cheese
Onions, chopped
Celery, chopped
Parsley, chopped
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off crust of bread from day old bread and cut up to chunk pieces.
Melt butter in fry pan, add chopped Giblets & Ground Pork sauté until no longer pink.
Add sauté giblets and pork to cut up bread, add eggs, chopped onion, chopped celery, grated cheese, parsley and salt & pepper.

If not stuffing Turkey, Bake at 350º for 1/2 hour or more.
