2 pkgs Frozen chopped broccoli (10oz)
8 oz cheese whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked rice
1 stick butter or margarine
1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped into tiny pieces
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
buttered bread crumbs (melt butter in skillet and add bread crumbs and toss for 1 minute)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º - butter baking dish

Saute onion and celery in butter. Cook and drain broccoli according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together except for bread crumbs and put into baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly
