1 pound ground beef
2 cups bread crumbs (I use Italian)
1 egg
seasoned salt to taste, Worcestershire sauce to taste, if desired
1 14 oz. can tomato sauce (I use Hunt's), divided in half

2 tsp. or so yellow mustard
1 TB or so brown sugar
more Worcestershire if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and half sauce with salt, Worcestershire. Form into loaf and place in loaf pan.

Mix other half sauce with mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire. Pour over meat.

Bake at 350º for an hour - check middle.
