6 Multicolor Pepper
2 Yellow Onion
Garnish fresh Basil

Preheat oven 325º
Cut sausage links in to fourths
Chop peppers & onions
Oil 13x9 pan
Spread pieces in pan
Bake 1½ hours, stirring every 20 minutes
Last 5 minutes garnish with basil


Option: serve on rolls, with sauce or melted mozzarella
