½ c. Butter or margarine
½ c. Peanut butter
½ c. Sugar
1 Egg
½ tsp. Vanilla
1 ¼ c. Flour
¾ tsp. Baking soda
¼ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter, peanut butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla together.

Sift the dry ingredients together and blend with the creamed mixture.

Shape into 1-inch. balls; roll in sugar and place 2 inches apart on a lined baking sheet.

Press a criss-cross pattern on top with fork tines.

Bake @ 350º for 10-12 minutes.
