2 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup Crisco shortening
1/2 tsp of white vinegar
4 tbsp cold water (cool it with ice)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
2. Cut in shortening until the size of peas.
3. Add water and vinegar a little at a time, until moistened and the dough cleans the side of the bowl.
4. Shape dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap for about 30 minutes.
5. Roll out on floured surface until 1/4 inch thick.
6. Gently lift into pie plate.
7. Shape edge design with fingers or fork, then prick dough with fork about 2 to 3 inches apart.
8. Bake at 450º for 12-15 minutes.
