2 sticks butter, softened
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 c finely chopped pecans
2 1/2 c SR flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter well. Add cream cheese, egg, vanilla. Add sugar and flour a little at a time, mixing well. Mix in pecans.
May roll out or make drop cookies. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight if rolled out. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
