1 lb. spinach
8 strips of cooked bacon crumbled
5 hard boiled eggs chopped
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing (white bag with blue label)

Dressing

2-3 Tsp. purple onion diced
2/3 cup of sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil
1 tsp. salt
3 heaping tsp. prepared mustard (dry powder)
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Put spinach, bacon, hard boiled eggs and Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
Shake dressing together.
Pour dressing over salad. Mix together.
