1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1-1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pre-baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, cornstarch, beaten egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla. Then add milk gradually while stirring in a saucepan over med-high heat. Cook until thick, beating it smooth.

Pour into the pre-baked pie shell. Refrigerate to chill.

Can add a meringue or whipped cream is good on top as well.
