3 - 16 oz or 4 - 12 oz Frozen Strawberries
1 pkg MCP Jelly Pectin
1 c light corn syrup
6 level cups sugar
¼ c lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Partially thaw frozen berries and put in a 2 or 4 quart kettle. Crush cut berries thoroughly to get enough liquid to dissolve pectin.

Place kettle over slow fire and warm to 100º.

Sift Jelly Pectin into berries. Stir thoroughly.
Set aside 20 minutes.

Add corn syrup and stir will.

Now stir in sugar. Mix well.
Add lemon juice after sugar is dissolved.

Chill 24 hours in deep freeze.
Then can be stored in refrigerator.
