2 lbs. hamburger
½ cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
½ tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

4 cups mashed potatoes
1 2 cup package of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger and onion in frying pan and drain off fat. Mix all the rest of the ingredients thoroughly and press into two pie pans or into a 9x13 pan.

Bake this at 350 Degrees for 25 minutes

Top with mashed potatoes (already made) and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of mashed potatoes Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted
