½ cup butter
2 ½ cup dark brown sugar
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. cloves
¼ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and keep in a covered airtight Tupperware bowl in the refrigerator. To serve, place 1 Tbsp. of the mixture in a cup, add 1 ½ oz dark rum. And fill with boiling water, stir and serve with a cinnamon stick.

When Grandma and Grandpa Crary took Dad and Mom up to Door County and stayed at the Landmark, we went snowmobiling all day long and Grandma would make these to warm us right up.
