4 eggs
2 yellow jiffy cake mixes
1 instant pudding lemon mix
¾ C water
½ c olive Oil


2 C powdered sugar
⅓ C Lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, cake mixes, pudding mix, water and olive oli. Beat for 10 minutes.
Pour into ungreased tube pan (with removable bottom). Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
Pull out so it still sits on tube while hot.

Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice in sauce pan and cook until it boils. Poke whole in cake with long skewer. Drizzle juice into holes.

Lift cake of the tube and place on plate.
