1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg

Filling:
¼ cup butter
¼ cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 Tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Cream butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk. Set aside. Cookies: Cream sugar, peanut butter and egg. Make into 1" balls. Flatten then pinch dough with fingers in middle to make peanut shape. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350º for 12 minutes. Cool. Filling: Combine all fi.ling ingredients, beat well. Spread filling on one cookie then top with another. Makes 1 dozen.
