Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef. (85/15 works well but I've used leaner)
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 parsley minced (can use a little less)
salt/pepper
1/3 Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and make meatballs to preferred size. Drop into simmering sauce (your choice). Simmer slowly for 2 hours.

After 1/2 hour, you can also add in Italian sausage and/or large, country style pork ribs to the saucepan. Do this gently so that you don't break up the meatballs. If you add these things, check for doneness after about an hour and 1/2 more. You may need to cook the ribs for a bit longer so that they get fall off the bone tender.

Personal Notes:
Put some water on your hands before you form the meatballs. It will keep the meat mixture from sticking to your hands. Drop them gently into the sauce and swirl the pan around gently from time to time...especially during the first 1/2 hour that they are cooking. So that they don't stick to the bottom of the pan.
