1 package of pistachio instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup canola oil
1 package of white cake mix (any brand)
5 1/2 oz can of chocolate syrup (or 2/3 cup ..maybe a bit more)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease/flour a cake pan. (I use a bundt pan)
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate syrup. Beat at high speed for 3-5 min.
Pour half the batter into the prepared cake pan. Then add the chocolate syrup into the remaining batter and mix. Pour over the batter that's in the cake pan already. (don't swirl..not necessary)
Bake 1 hour (check with a toothpick to make sure it's done.
