1 C soft butter
3 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 C flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 C oats
1 C coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 4 ingredients until fluffy. Sift next 4 ingredients into
mixture. Stir in oats and coconut. Drop by tablespoon 3 inches
apart on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 375 degrees for 10
minutes.

As the name would suggest, these are Bob's very favorite cookie. He has been known to eat a LOT of them at night after everyone goes to bed.
