1 TBL.Olive Oil
1 large chopped Onion
1 clove of Garlic, minced
1 can(1lb.13oz.) Tomato Puree
2 cans Tomato Paste
1 TBL. Oregano
¼ tsp. Garlic Salt
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
3 pinches Rosemary
¼ tsp. Basil Leaves
½ tsp. Red Pepper
3 Bay Leaves
sprinkle of salt and pepper
¼ tsp. Baking Soda
¾ cup sugar

Directions:
Fry onion and garlic in olive oil. Add Puree and Paste. Fill Puree can up 3 times with water and put into sauce. Add spices and bring sauce to a boil. When it boils add the baking soda and stir. Add the sugar and slowly cook all day.

Make sure you get this sauce made early in the morning so it can cook slowly all day and you can enjoy the wonderful fragrance! Don't forget to make grandmas meatballs!
